1、 Required documents for Chinese trademark application:

1. Applicant's qualification certification documents:

a. Apply in the name of the company, with a copy of the business license attached;

b. Apply in the name of an individual, accompanied by a copy of the individual business license and a copy of the personal ID card;

2. Trademark design;

3. Items of goods or services.

2、 Trademark application submission documents:

(1) One copy of the Trademark Registration Application, signed/stamped by the applicant;

(2) One copy of the Trademark Agency Authorization Letter, signed/stamped by the applicant;

3、 Chinese Trademark Examination

China's Trademark Law implements a comprehensive examination system, known as the "examination principle". Trademark examination includes two parts: formal examination and substantive examination.

1) Formal examination: If the formal examination is qualified, the Trademark Office will accept it and issue an acceptance notice, with a cycle of about 30 working days.

2) Substantive examination: Within about 10 months from the date of passing the formal examination, substantive examination shall be conducted on the applied trademark, including examination of whether there are prior identical/similar trademarks, whether there are any violations of the provisions of the Trademark Law, etc. Upon passing the examination, a scheduled announcement shall be made; (If any related issues arise during the review process, our company is responsible for assisting your company in handling them to facilitate the smooth and rapid acquisition of the official trademark certificate.)

3) Trademark Announcement: For a period of 3 months, if there are no objections within the announcement period, the registration will be approved;

4) Certificate issuance: If there are no objections upon the expiration of the announcement period, the registration certificate will be issued approximately one and a half months later.

5) The registered trademark is valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely.

4、 Attention:

1. An application for trademark registration should be submitted for each type of trademark;

2. The applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the commodity name and service items in accordance with the "Classification Table for Similar Goods and Services" in a standardized manner. If they are not included in the table, an accurate description of the commodity or service shall be attached;

3. If the trademark is in a foreign language or contains a foreign language, its meaning should be explained;

4. The power of attorney should be written neatly and stamped with the official seal or signature at the stamp of the principal, and the seal or signature should be clear;

5. For applications made in the name of a company, the applicant's name and address must be consistent with the name and address approved in the Business License;
